Long bio:
Rebecca Clio Gould is a Certified Sheng Zhen Meditation Teacher, Supreme Science Qigong Instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Essence Coach, and Award-winning Author. Rebecca is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and has over twenty years of experience with energy work. She has been a certified Sheng Zhen teacher since 2008, practicing since 2006. In 2012, Master Li Junfeng, founder of the International Sheng Zhen Society, requested Rebecca’s help with rewriting his instructional book, Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong: A Return to Oneness. She moved from Seattle to Austin for nearly two years, where she worked closely with Master Li. Back in Seattle now, she still helps the International Sheng Zhen Society with various editing projects and social media.
Rebecca also has a background in Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Sexual Awakening for Women. However, teaching Sheng Zhen is her greatest passion and her current focus. Students appreciate her simple yet detailed instruction, soothing voice, and calm, joyful demeanor.
Rebecca is a graduate of Hampshire College, the Heartwood Institute, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has been running her own business, Elemental Harmony, PLLC since 2007 and lives in Seattle, Washington.
